Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

FEAI Caseflow · operated by FEAI Automation Enterprise (Malaysia)

Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account and ticking the consent box, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and your obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. The Service

FEAI Caseflow is an AI-assisted tool that reads loan-application documents (payslips, bank statements, credit reports, EPF/CPF statements) and produces income-verification and Debt Service Ratio (DSR) analysis for use by mortgage and loan professionals.

2. Not financial advice

All outputs are AI-generated estimates for reference only. They are not financial, legal, or lending advice and do not guarantee loan approval. You must independently verify every figure against the original source documents before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on the tool's output.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to process the documents and personal data you upload, that you have obtained the necessary consent from the individuals concerned (your customers), and that you will use the Service only for lawful loan-processing purposes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Personal data & PDPA

What we collect: your account details (username, email), and the customer information contained in the documents you upload and the analysis results generated from them. Uploaded files and their analysis results may be stored to let you access them later.

Purpose: to provide the analysis service, save your cases, process payments, and maintain records. Storage: data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure (database and file storage) which may be located outside Malaysia. Disclosure: we do not sell your data; we share it only with the service providers needed to run the platform (e.g. hosting, AI processing, email).

Your customers' consent: as the user, you act as the data controller for your customers' data and confirm you have their consent to process it through this Service, in compliance with the PDPA 2010.

Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.

5. Credits & payment

The Service is paid via credits (1 credit = 1 analysis). Credits are granted after payment is verified. Credits are non-refundable once used. Prices may change with notice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful content, or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from reliance on the tool's output or from any service interruption.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
